A roundy round is a filmmaking technique where the camera circles the actors. In Leverage, it used when Nate and the others are discussing the con as it currently stands. When the camera switches direction, it designates that something has changed and the situation isn't what they thought it was.

Dean Devlin is particularly fond of the roundy round. John Rogers added one to an episode specifically for him, noting in the script, "You're welcome, Dean." (Citation needed)
